All products sold on PDFKart are printable and digital files delivered electronically.
No physical products are shipped.
Due to the digital nature of our products, special refund rules apply.
2. Refund Policy
❌ No Refunds After Download
Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not applicable.
This is because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
✅ Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased file
- Incorrect file delivered due to an error from our side
All refund requests are subject to verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:

- Registered email address
- Reason for the refund request
